Giulietta Beaded Head Band
I always have trouble with hair bands giving me a headache, or being too sporty for a night out. So I wanted to make one snug enough to hold back my hair, pretty enough to wear to with a summer dress, and soft enough to be gentle to my sensitive noggin. Finally, after years, I became inspired by the garter I made for my friend Ensley’s wedding day.
The soft shine of mercerized cotton, the delicate sparkle of seed beads and the elegant stitch pattern ended up just the right combination to reach my goal – a feminine accent for a hot day.
