Delivery & Policies

Digital downloads

Digital files are made available through Etsy after payment is confirmed. No physical item is shipped when a listing is identified as a digital download.

Physical products and shipping

Physical listings are clearly identified on their product pages. Available destinations, delivery estimates, and any shipping charge are confirmed on Etsy for the buyer's delivery address before purchase. The Gold Leaf Magnolia Canvas listing currently includes free standard shipping to the United States.

Returns and exchanges

Because digital files can be accessed after purchase, digital orders are generally not returnable. Physical-item eligibility and the final terms for every order are shown on the Etsy listing and at checkout.

Intellectual property and pattern licensing

All original crochet pattern PDFs, SVG vectors, PNG artwork, photographs, and editorial text published on I'm in The Loop are the copyrighted intellectual property of Atiya / I'm in The Loop. Purchasers may sell finished handmade items created from our crochet patterns in small quantities, provided credit is given to I'm in The Loop / AtiyaArtistry as the pattern designer. You may not resell, share, redistribute, translate for publication, or claim original ownership of our digital files, pattern PDFs, or graphics.

Order support

For payment, download, shipping, or product support, contact Atiya through the Etsy order or shop contact tools.
